Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Financial Document Specialist for our store located in Grand Prairie, TX. As a Financial Document Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete vehicle sales at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you.  As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely executing the financial documentation process.  

  What You’ll Do:   

  • Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
  • Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing 
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.   
  • Verify insurance, trade payoffs , and obtain deposits  
  • Work until closing, a couple of shifts per week

  • Experience in a retail environment and retail hours (including Saturdays)
