Position Purpose: This Financial Data Analyst III will be supporting our Magnolia Health Plan.
- This position is responsible for the financial data analytic needs of the organization
- The position will use a combination of financial analysis tools and techniques as well as data analysis tools and technologies to generate, analyze, report, and interpret financial and other data used across the organization.
- Lead various financial data analysis projects.
In this Financial Data Analyst III role, you will:
- Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
- Strong knowledge of how to create V looks & Pivot tables.
- Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
- Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems
- Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management; strong process documentation skillset preferred
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting system (OneStream).
- Experience with financial analysis focused on month end close, government reporting, and financial forecasting.
- General knowledge of analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Applications.
*Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United States. However, due to the needs of the business, ideal schedule is 8 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time (CST)*
Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year
