Owns The Car Park’s content strategy, editorial calendar, brand voice, and content production across web, email, social, print, sales, and internal channels. Responsibilities include writing and editing, WordPress landing pages, SEO, email campaigns, social media, reputation management, performance reporting, and collaboration with design. The role connects content performance to business results and supports marketing and business development priorities.

Leads executive oversight of parking operations across four states and 50+ locations. Drives regional growth, business development, client relationships, proposals, RFP responses, proformas, operational excellence, budgeting, P&L accountability, SOP development, and service performance. Manages and develops professional and hourly teams, establishes goals, improves efficiency, and builds a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion.
