What You Will Do:

  • Assess customer, transaction, and open-source data, identify trends or red flags, and make sound risk-based decisions.

  • Conduct and review complex investigations across FC prevention areas such as AML, KYC/ODD/EDD, sanctions, fraud, transaction monitoring and others, based on your profile, preferences, and client needs.

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation, summaries, and case findings.

  • Deliver high-quality work in line with project requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations. Be able to exercise good judgment in less clearly defined situations.

  • Support quality, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.

What You Will Need:

  • 1+ year of experience in Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) area such as AML, compliance, fraud, transaction monitoring, investigations or similar.

  • Good understanding of FCP areas and frameworks, such as AML/CTF, KYC, compliance, fraud, risk, investigations, banking, fintech, or crypto-related operations.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working independently on sensitive or complex casework.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to clearly explain your reasoning in writing and verbally while working with ambiguous processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university,

    however, relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.

  • Work full-time from the office in line with the clean desk policy.
