Responsibilities:- Responsible for IT cost controlling, IT Service allocation and IT Service charging (IT service catalogue);
- Support budget planning, forecasting and project controlling across IT;
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to IT services, projects, and operations;
- Support internal cross charging and cost allocation processes;
- Maintain data quality and consistency for controlling‑relevant financial and organizational data;
- Contribute to the improvement of IT cost controlling methodologies, analysis, and reporting (KPI creation);
- Development of internal contracts and financial frameworks (e.g., Service Level Agreements);
- Creation of annual and medium‑term plans and management reporting;
- Provide transparency and advisory support on IT costs and financial structures;
- Perform budget vs. actual analyses for IT‑Project‑Management, IT‑Operations, and IT‑Support;
- Monitor compliance with financial standards, processes, and controlling guidelines;
- Coordinate and monitor defined corrective and improvement measures.
- University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- > 3 years professional experience;
- Proven experiences in cost analysis / controlling;
- Professional in Financial planning processes;
- Experience working on projects represents an advantage;
- Previous experience in a multinational and/or manufacturing environment is considered a plus;
- Advanced English language skills; German would be an advantage;
- SAP S4 knowledge (FI/CO, MM, PS);
- Advanced Excel skills.
