Areas of Responsibility:

• Reports monthly, annually (BS, PL, CF), analysis as requested;
• Preparing and submitting CIT (Corporate Income Tax);
• Prepares regular and detailed cash flow reports on a monthly basis;
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP;
• Conducts strategic projections and analyses, e.g., SWOT and ad hoc analyses;
• Control of the accounting system;
• Maintaining the general ledger;
• Calculating VAT and reconciling tax records with account balances;
• Handles Fixed Asset and Depreciation Calculation, as well as Cost Reporting;
• Takes responsibility for gathering financial data for external audits and other regulatory audits;
• Ensures delivery of documentation to state authorities;
• Manages the planning and budgeting process;
• Cost analysis by department and optimization;
• Analysis and control of employee productivity;
• Reconciling payments, including attaching supporting documentation within the accounting program;
• Prepare, analyze any payments; liaise with related departments, handling payment inquiries (knowledge of working in e-bank);
• Provides analytical reporting to management to enable strategic decision-making;
• Participates in introducing KPIs and improving them.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience, preferably working in an Accounting Company (minimum 3 years as a financial controller);
• Qualified Accountant from an IFAC recognized association (i.e. SAAA) or at Advanced Level of the pursuit;
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
• Experience with Tax, legal regulations and filings;
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages such as NetSuite or AB Soft;
• Independent, organized, efficient, responsible, detail-oriented;
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and standards;
• Can work independently and in a group environment;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
