YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
Join our team as a Financial Controller in our Financial Planning and Analysis team!
In this role, you will be responsible for the month end closing and financial planning processes. You will also act as a trusted finance business partner for selected teams. Become part of a dynamic six member team that values collaboration and expertise.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the monthly P&L reporting cycle, including preparation of high‑quality management commentary for HQ in Paris.
Support the development of planning scenarios, including Rolling Forecasts as well as Risks & Opportunities analyses.
Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses, insights, and presentations for the management team and key business stakeholders.
Act as a close business partner to OPEX and Marketing teams by supporting forecast planning, monitoring, financial business cases (e.g., new product launches), and identifying cost‑efficiency opportunities.
Consolidate OPEX costs for all markets within the Northern Europe Management Entity (DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Ireland & UK).
Support and accompany various Group Finance Transformation initiatives and process improvements.
Further develop and optimize the BI strategy and reporting landscape to enhance data transparency and decision‑making.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree in Finance / Business Administration
You bring at least 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A for a FMCG company or an external audit firm
You have the ability to learn quickly and leverage technology solutions
You have a good understanding of P&L impacts of business decisions
You are a strong teamplayer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You bring strategic thinking, but also knowing the importance of details
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bringing knowledge of finance tools (Jedox, Qlik, Power BI, JD Edwards) is an advantage
You are fluent in English written and verbal, German is a plus
