Für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026 suchen wir für unseren Standort in Soest einen Auszubildenden zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d). Die Ausbildung startet zum 01.09.2026.
Das erwartet dich:
- Einblick in spannende kaufmännische Prozesse in verschiedenen Abteilungen (Personalwesen, Finanzbuchhaltung, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit, etc.)
- Mitarbeit an Projekten und eigenständige Übernahme kleiner Aufgaben
- Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen und digitalen Tools
- Planung und Organisation von Abläufen im Unternehmen
Das bringst du mit:
- Mittleren Schulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur
- Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
