For our Dutch organization we are looking for a new Financial Controller who will take on the financial management for our 2 dialysis centers in Beverwijk and Amsterdam.
Our organization is in full swing and in this position you can help us to further professionalize our Finance department.

In this position you report to and work together with our Finance Manager Benelux.
Your activities
-
Preparing and coordinating the periodic closings on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in cooperation with our shared service center in Poland/Philippines and reporting the results (balance sheet, P&L) to our HQ in Germany.

Monitoring the various general ledger accounts, debtors & creditors, fixed assets (investments), performing monthly balance sheet analyses and reconciliations, evaluating and creating provisions, initiating and following up payments

Providing the audit file (PBC list), supporting and coordinating external & internal audits.

Optimizing and automating financial processes.

Taking on the business partnering role towards the operational management of the dialysis centres.

Contribute to the budgeting and planning process (SG&As, capex, FTE/HC) in collaboration with management

Analysis and explanation of the income statement and provision of information for a Plan/Actual comparison.

Managing the financial master data.

Monitor compliance with administrative and accounting obligations (including conducting monthly internal audits).
Your profile

You have a master's degree in financial economics or you combine a bachelor's degree with relevant work experience

At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a financial controller

You have a very good knowledge of Excel and a current ERP package. Knowledge of SAP FICO is a distinguishing asset.

You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Willingness to spend 3 days in Den Bosch
