We are seeking a passionate Financial Controller who will support the Group Controlling team with the monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements and timely reporting. You will participate in the preparation of the budget and in the budget process. You will be responsible for various reporting and ad-hoc tasks and assists in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.

Your tasks

  • Support with monthly consolidation and timely reporting for the monthly, half-yearly and annual financial statements
  • Analyzing and commenting monthly and quarterly financial statements for Group Management
  • Embargo reporting
  • CAPEX Reporting and Forecast
  • Finance Calendar & Budget Process and Timeline
  • Various ad-hoc analyses
  • Support with the budget process and preparation of full-year forecast
  • Collaboration in the creation of transfer pricing documentation
  • Support in the creation and administration of IC contracts
  • Support with money and foreign currency management
  • Responsible for monthly billing of royalties & service fees (maintenance of billing tools), as well as their True UPs Royalties (TUI) & Service Fees (TUI&II)

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Very good language skills in German and English, other languages are a plus
