Job Description

What we are looking for:

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner
• Provide insights into financial performance, on an ad-hoc basis, to aid in decision-making and strategic planning

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Develop, monitor, and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Provide financial projections and analysis to support long-term financial planning and business growth.
• Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.

Systems and Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

Your profile

• +4 years of experience in financial controlling, investment banking or consulting
• Proven experience in a subscription based business
• Proven experience working with Sales/Marketing and/or Tech teams, and a solid understanding of ROI/value creation calculations/methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential as well as excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial 
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast moving environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function
• Fluency in English & German is mandatory
