We will count on you to:（主な業務内容）

日本のコンサルティング関連法人（マーサー、オリバーワイマン）における財務会計業務全般（一般会計、財務報告、地域コントローラシップ向け税務報告を含む）を統括する
法定・税務を含む国内規制／法令および、SOX・内部監査要件を満たすグループのガバナンス／内部統制手続の遵守を徹底する
コンサルティング関連法人の法定財務諸表作成を主導し、取りまとめる
年次の法人税申告対応および四半期の繰延税金計算・MMC Taxチームへの報告を行う
会計スタッフをリードし、迅速かつ正確な財務取引処理を実現する（ピープルマネジメントを含む）
M&A、財務システム導入、業務改善、業務自動化等のプロジェクトを主体的に推進／支援する

What you need to have:（必須要件）

コントローラシップまたは財務領域での実務経験15年以上（多国籍企業での経験が望ましい）、かつマネジメント経験5年以上
会計・財務・経済、または同等分野における学士号
ビジネスレベルの英語力
会計および内部統制に関する高い専門性（プロセス改善を推進できること）

Skills Required

15+ years controllership or finance experience (multinational experience preferred)
5+ years management/people management experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent
Business-level English proficiency
High expertise in accounting and internal controls with ability to drive process improvements
Experience with US GAAP and JGAAP
MBA or CPA
Experience with tax calculations or strong IT/finance systems knowledge
