What You Will Do
- Play a key role in monthly closing and reporting processes within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group.
- Control all accounting transactions and adjustments, especially payroll records.
- Keep records of the variances between the reporting plan, forecast, and reporting/budget rules.
- Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams.
- Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations.
- Create and improve operating policies.
- Manage group tax and accounting team communications.
- Improve control systems and create process-level controls to prevent errors in data collection, cost centers, and calculation.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of solid professional experience in financial controlling, audit, and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures — CPA is a plus.
- Flexible approach, adaptable to change.
- Compliance with strict deadlines and ability to manage flexible working hours.
