As part of the FIS team, you’ll support and assist the CFO Office team (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Controllers) in doing their day-to-day activities and generating accurate and timely financial reports for the company. Collaborating with other Financial System Support Teams, Data Engineers, Infra Teams, and others, you’ll also deliver high-performing technical solutions, especially in Financial Systems.

What You Will Do

  • Handle day-to-day inquiries, which include (but are not limited to): questions, incidents (bugs), service requests, and change requests
  • Act as an internal consultant, which includes (but is not limited to): rolling out Financial systems, especially in financial consolidation modules to new/additional entities, conducting requirement gathering, designing solutions and blueprints, configuring consolidation systems, conducting UAT, delivering training, and handling cutovers also willing to handle other surrounding financial system
  • Collaborate with both internal (other teams within GoTo) and external (vendors, product principal, etc.) stakeholders in resolving issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders about the timeline (of a CR, roll-out, etc.), requirements, etc.
  • Develop and maintain (keeping them up-to-date) proper documentation (functional and technical) to reflect those configured in systems

What You Will Need

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience working with ERP systems that have financial consolidation modules such as Oracle FCCS, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, or Anaplan
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting business processes, especially the financial consolidation process and have a basic understanding of record to report process
  • Good communication and language skills in Bahasa and English (written and spoken)
  • Confident and comfortable facing, influencing, and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities
  • A willingness to learn and work on new things (yes, we are a dynamic team)
  • A willingness to stand by in urgent or critical situations (sometimes, things come unexpectedly, so we’re always prepared!)
  • Prior exposure to working in a top-tier consulting firm is a plus

About the Team


The Finance Information System team is part of the larger IT Team under the CIO Organization (The CIO Office). The CIO Office Team governs, manages, and helps GoTo Enterprise applications globally. The team is charged with leading the company's information technology strategy and implementation. All internal and enterprise systems are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team; they look after a variety of systems, including (but, not limited to): finance, people services, productivity, operations, internal security login, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. The office of the CIO also leads all IT asset procurement, budgeting, and implementing equipment policies.
