Job Purpose:
As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions by providing in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. This role will involve working closely with senior management, offering insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure the delivery of customized financial reports to external clients while actively contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the annual budgeting process and provide accurate forecasts for future financial performance.
• Manage external client reporting, ensuring reports are customized to client needs and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Track and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs), including budget, growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, using financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Design and implement performance dashboards to provide real-time data on client engagement, satisfaction, and profitability.
• Support and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn them into strategic insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools; experience with data visualization software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Readiness to work at least 2 days a week from the office.
