Join our fast-paced team as a Finance Associate at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), where your financial expertise drives operational success. You will take ownership of key financial processes, including account reconciliation, invoicing, fund tracking, and transaction management. From reviewing payables to processing deposits and preparing transfers, your work will directly support accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and informed decision-making across the department.

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of related experience
  • Background in accounting or finance
  • Experience with computer systems and web-based applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience in a healthcare environment

Pay Range:

$27.00 - $38.00

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
