We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Invictus team. This role is fully remote within the United States.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Conducts financial analysis to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions.
Participates in client meetings to understand financial and regulatory position, define analysis objectives, and establish deliverables.
Collaborates with bank clients to gather required data and inputs for analysis.
Builds, updates, and maintains financial models to forecast performance, evaluate risk, and support capital planning.
Performs loan-level and portfolio-level analysis and prepares reports, dashboards, and client deliverables.
Supports the presentation and delivery of analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Works with clients on an ongoing basis to support implementation and integration of analytical findings.
Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Assists with budgeting, long-term planning, and forecast updates based on changing business conditions and market trends.
Identifies financial risks and contributes to the development of mitigation strategies.
Ensures accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory expectations and internal controls.
Collaborates cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Communicates financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the finance function.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Generally, 1-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting.
Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial planning software).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
