The Role
The Financial Analyst will support KTS and other business units by leading key financial processes, including Monthly Business Review reporting, project-based tracking, forecasting, SOX compliance and testing and ad hoc financial analysis. This person will interact with leadership at all levels of the business unit and segment reporting directly to the Sr. Finance Director.
This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, intellectually curious and able to effectively manage their time.
Job Responsibilities
Genfare & CommTech Responsibilities
  • Develop and support forecasting processes, including variance and product line analysis
  • Coordinate and execute SOX testing to ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Support Monthly Business Review (MBR) preparation, Risks & Opportunities (R&O) submissions, and monthly business reporting packages
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities, including documentation and data requests
KTS Responsibilities
  • Support invoicing and revenue recognition processes across multiple project-based programs
  • Build and manage projects in Oracle to enable task-level budgeting and effective program financial management
  • Assist with proposal development by reviewing requirements, gathering inputs, and analyzing historical data to support pricing and negotiations
  • Support the monthly close process, including OneStream data loads, account reconciliations, and required reporting submissions
  • Maintain and support financial processes to ensure compliance with government regulations, including CAS, FAR, and DFARS
What we are looking for:
Required Experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • High level MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar discipline

As required by law in this state, the estimated salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 and represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect.   We tailor our offers within the range based on organizational needs, internal equity, market data, geographic zone, and the selected candidate’s experience, education, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.
