Job Description Summary:
This position assumes a primary role supporting Finance and Operational Continuous Improvement initiatives and Benchmark Development. Through the use of Workday, Epic, Strata, Microsoft Office, and Proprietary software this position includes both production support and project related activities relating to the above systems. Draws upon extensive experience to complete other projects requiring individual initiative, flexibility, and tight timeframes with minimal supervision.Responsibilities And Duties:
50%Acts in a lead role in gathering and analyzing detailed and complex data, which may include the following: -Strategic long range financial planning-Business line/new services-Joint Venture arrangements-Sale/acquisition of major assets/business/line/entities. Project specific benchmarking Functions as a training, knowledge, and coordination resource for the Financial Planning Analyst. Assists the Manager of Financial of Planning in reviewing some of the analysis produced by the Financial Planning analyst related to these responsibilities.

Works in a leading role on preparing the complex financial analysis for new service initiatives and new business opportunities identified.

Works directly with requesting departments or entities to assist in the preparation of complicated capital/service line pro-formas to ensure appropriate assumptions and background data is provided and timelines and deliverables are met.
