Build and assemble customer kits by pulling parts to BOMs and packing lists, stage and ship completed kits, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, enter received inventory into tracking systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, inspect incoming items, support shipping/receiving, and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Success is measured by kit accuracy, inventory integrity, and assembly speed.

Develop and evaluate tactical networking requirements and algorithms, perform modeling and simulation, design systems and test procedures, integrate and prototype tactical radios, support integration/verification, and participate in customer demonstrations and test events.

Support supplier, customer, and production quality across manufacturing and quality systems. Design and maintain quality control systems, conduct inspections, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, manage supplier performance, develop quality documentation, and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO, MIL-STD, ITAR, and customer requirements.

Design, code, integrate, and test avionics-related hardware and software. Develop architectures, requirements, and test procedures. Troubleshoot hardware/software, communicate status, and lead small integration efforts with limited supervision.

Lead defense contract programs as primary liaison to government contracting officers. Oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, regulatory compliance, risk management, multidisciplinary teams, and proposal/capture activities while briefing senior leadership.

Perform structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS/ICEPAK, validate mechanical designs, and support design/build of rugged electromechanical components. Produce CAD drawings (GD&T/DFM), collaborate with systems/electrical teams and government engineers, and ensure compliance with military environmental and EMI/EMC requirements.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001/AS9100), oversee inspections, audits, CAPA, supplier quality, calibration, MRB, customer quality communications, and supervise quality personnel to ensure product and process conformity.

Pick, assemble, verify, package, label, and stage custom aircraft kits per BOMs and work orders. Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and ERP transactions, operate material handling equipment, and support shipping and warehouse efficiency and safety.
