Job Title: Financial Analyst

Position Summary
CBTS is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within a technology and professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial models, variance analyses, and trend reports
- Develop and maintain management reporting for leadership, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Analyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and utilization related to professional services, managed services, and recurring revenue models
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
- Prepare month-end close activities, including accruals, revenue analysis, and expense tracking
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
- Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience preparing and interpreting financial statements and performance metrics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a professional services organization
- Proven track record of managing full P&L statements, with a deep understanding of accounting for Staff Augmentation business
- Experience with project-based services, and utilization-based models

Salary $55,000-$70,000
The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication.
