Responsibilities:
- Support core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to ensure accurate, validated financial data.
- Analyze financial results, prepare variance explanations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Conduct financial modeling, cash‑flow analysis, and ROI evaluations for key initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and continuous improvement efforts to advance FP&A systems, tools, and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel to the SQL and Power BI
- Exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related major
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical foundation with data analytics, financial analysis, and accounting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex information clearly
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at solving problems in a structured, thoughtful way
- Proactive self‑starter who brings new ideas forward and contributes positively to team dynamics

Compensation Range
$58,000.00 - $91,800.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
