As a Financial Analyst, you will provide accurate financial insights to support business decision-making while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and company policies. In this role, you will contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and close processes that help drive overall business performance.
What You’ll DoSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including financial reporting and account reconciliations.
Perform financial analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and key accounts to identify trends and insights.
Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.
Support internal controls, audits, and SOX compliance requirements.
Assist with financial reporting improvements and special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
3+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of US GAAP.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Hyperion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
CPA, MBA, or advanced degree.
Experience supporting financial reporting and internal controls in a corporate environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
