Financial Analyst

Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for delivering financial insights that drive business performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing high-impact analysis for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and modeling skills, experience calculating commissions, and critical thinking ability.

This is a hybrid position out of our Mumbai office.

What You'll Do:

• Monthly and Quarterly global regions Commissions calculation
• Insights Variable Compensation calculation
• NSPB Data Entry and data pulls and report verification
• Client Profitability Reporting
• Associate production reporting
• Ad Hoc reporting
• CRM data review and data validation
• Driving special projects to evaluate savings and efficiency opportunities
• Support presentations for Executive Management
• Review CRM database for out-of-date sales opportunities, missing part information or client updates
• Examining turnover and monthly attrition from existing models

What You Have:

• Bachelors in accounting, finance, or economics with a strong academic record
• 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized
• Able to multitask, and able to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Independent and a self-starter.
• Advanced Knowledge of excel (Vlookup, IndexMatch, If statements, Pivot tables, Sumif)
• Experience with Oracle Systems, budgeting software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus ability to present and explain report data to upper management
• Passion for continuous process improvement.
• Must be able to work under pressure and be flexible and creative.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Hyperion (smartview), possibly tableau.
• Experience with Systems Data
• Proficient understanding of accounting
• Experience in commissions calculations
• Ability to build Macros.
