Summary & Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join the APMT Technology Finance team. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our Regional CIO’s. In this role, you will partner with APMT Regional Technology Organization and Business leader to help them make informed decision. Pivotal in ensuring that they are equipped with the relevant finance information to make Technology decision.
The right person for this role will demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills, financial aptitude, customer oriented, business intuition, ability to manage day-to-day financials details and the capacity to work at multiple levels, including partnering with all levels of management, including Technology staff, HR and Legal.
- Own, co-ordinate and drive the end-to-end quarterly forecast and annual budget process and monthly performance Management cycle
- Coach Technology organization on use of Apollo, IFS and OneStream
- Submit timely and accurate deliverables. Manage issues, exhaust all possible fix and escalate to appropriate desks for resolutions of issues.
- Promote cost management initiatives and efficiencies, including but not limited to implementing and maintaining budgets, analyzing cost drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Enable internal cost recharge model and process
- Ensure compliance with group polices and drive process improvement
- Responsible for execution, planning, design of scalable analytical solutions for forecasting and Actuals; data sourced via the source systems directly and via tools like (Power BI, Tableau etc); also, internal systems such as One Stream, IFS, TOS etc.
- Capex planning and Forecasting
- Assist stakeholder in preparing Business case and NPV calculations
- Leverage technology (SAC) to further develop (SAC stories) and fully utilize available reports to meet the needs of the various business owners
- Work in close co-ordination with the existing Finance product owners to develop and roll out Technology Finance solutions to enhance visibility and drilldown for the max level possible.
- Work with peers and seniors across the Technology Finance teams, in Pune and Copenhagen, Hague as well as senior management as a sparring partner.
- From time to time, the FBP will engage in activities relevant to current market conditions and prepare and analyze various performance driven metric analysis aimed at providing senior management with relevant insight into key performance indicators that can be used to more effective drive value generation
- Support the decision-making process by providing value-add analysis, financial information for Mgt., deep dive analysis, performance management reporting and financial planning.
- Financial analysis must be supported by efficient and clear communication to stakeholders and decision makers.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance /Accounting/ Business Administration
- 7 to 10 years of Finance experience, preferably within a FBP or FP&A role, with proven track record and ability to understand the business in order to optimize forecast
- Experience with financial planning/budget cycle/forecasting · Basic knowledge of Tech Finance (e.g. know how applications run and what is a data centre)
- Proficient with SAP, excel, PowerPoint and similar analytics tools
