SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. In this role, you will support the Finance function by leveraging financial data to analyze, interpret, and evaluate the organization’s financial performance. Your insights will be essential in ensuring accurate reporting, guiding strategic initiatives, and enabling informed decision-making across the company.This position reports directly to the Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities by preparing financial reports and conducting performance analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Record and post journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are properly reflected and internal controls are maintained.
Perform cost and expense analysis, apply relevant policies, and provide forecasting insights to support performance improvement.
Review cash flow statements, monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, and coordinate with banks regarding credit facilities.
Assist in statutory reporting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support internal and external audits.
Handle various finance-related assignments including accounting, reporting, and analysis, while contributing to process efficiency and data accuracy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For :Education : Bac + 5 in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Experience : 3-5 years in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis
Technical Skills:Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Knowledge of ERP tools
Familiarity with IFRS and Moroccan statutory accounting rules.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Able to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork spirit.
Languages : French and English fluency are a must.
