We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for a Financial Analyst!

As a Financial Analyst, you will manage client contract processing in SFDC, oversee revenue forecasting and budgeting, and conduct cost analysis and reporting for the Czech and Slovak Country Units. This role involves close collaboration with both Local Country Teams and Regional functions.

This role can be based in Prague or Bratislava.

Key accountabilities

  • Prepare various internal financial reports for regional Management, Finance, and Sales on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Collaborate daily with the Finance Director, Sales team, and other stakeholders.

  • Manage financial short- and long-term planning, budgeting, steering, and reporting, including the forecast and budget process.

  • Gather source data, plans, and estimates from the Sales department and other stakeholders.

  • Supervise an analyst responsible for the AR process in CRM Salesforce and cash collection management.

  • Perform month end closing activities.

  • Support the annual audit process.

Key requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A.

  • Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.

  • Knowledge of SAP, ORACLE, and Hyperion is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to change, and work independently.

  • Comfortable interacting with executive-level management.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude and high integrity.
