What You Will Do
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong background in accounting or finance to join our dynamic Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of accounting and financial planning and analysis activities, supporting key decision-making processes that drive the company’s success.

As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and delivering insights that influence corporate-level technology initiatives.

Month end closing and reporting responsibilities, including journal entries and reconciliations

Review operational metrics and KPIs to ensure performance is measured appropriately.

Participate in various expense planning and reporting activities, including actual performance, forecasting, budgeting, and long term planning

Consistently seek value-add to current process, information system, and operations

Proactive role in providing financial feedback
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

AND 2-4 years of experience in finance or a related field

OR a combination of related education and relevant work experience

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Advanced-level Excel/Google Sheets capabilities

Excellent analytical skills to business drivers and interpret financial results

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively all levels, get key messages across succinctly, and work with multiple stakeholders

Track record demonstrating accountability and ownership

Strong reporting skills, display key information and convey messages clearly, concisely, and with impact

Business intelligence software experience such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau

Experience with supporting a combination of software engineering organizations, IT, and business systems organizations is a plus
