Your day at NTT DATA
As a Financial Analyst at NTT Data, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial reporting and analysis function within the organization. Working closely with the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting on financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, and providing key insights to support management decision-making.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and compliant with IFRS and other relevant standards.
- Variance Analysis: Perform in-depth variance analysis of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Internal Controls: Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal controls and financial policies, ensuring that all reporting practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management, shareholders, and other stakeholders as required.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with external and internal auditors during the audit process and ensure all required financial documentation and schedules are accurately prepared and provided.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

- Seasoned knowledge and prior exposure to international entities, foreign currency and inter-company transactions.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- MBA in Finance, CMA, or ACCA qualification.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in financial reporting, ideally within the consulting, technology, or professional services sectors.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, financial modeling, and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Experience in a multinational organization or Big Four accounting firm is advantageous and Familiarity with SAP, and BPC is a plus.
