Job Description

• Review of companies' financial statements on a monthly and annual basis for both budget and managerial reporting purposes,
• Preparation and controlling of monthly KPI reports,
• Preparation of yearly and monthly budget and forecasts,
• Establishing effective communication with departments for collection of accurate information to be used in forecasts along with interpretation of non-financial information and how to integrate those into financial reports,
• Identifying and explaining key drivers for the variances MoM, YoY vs budget, forecast and actual data,
• Track, analyze and report expense spending to ensure that departments are remain within forecasts,
• Generating management reports to provide information for decision making, review of performance on monthly basis,
• Conducting analytical and financial modelling support for departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics or Management Engineering,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling and/or FP&A,
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and questioning aspects, communication skills,
• Working carefully and result-oriented in business follow-up,
• Partner with functional teams to drive work,
• Ability to handle multiple task,
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.
