Job Description:
The Financial Analyst will support the finance team in North America. They will be working closely with Director of Finance, Finance Manager, and shared service center in North America.
Please note: This role will require someone in the office 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in 3-day month-end closing including analytics for accruals and expenses reclassification to deliver accurate monthly financial results according to local statutory and U.S. GAAP.
- Support variance analysis including tracking and analyzing transactions for actual performance against budget and forecast.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports including KPIs for Sales, Margin, and Opex.
- Organize and summarize contracts and monitor compliance and performance.
- Assist in preparation of forecast and budget submissions, including upload into the company’s financial system (HFM).
- Assist in ad-hoc financial data gathering, analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Establishment and/or use of company databases to retrieve relevant information for use in analysis or reporting.
- Research and gather information for ad-hoc projects and summarize results.
- Assist in the continuous improvement, development, modification, and implementation of financial systems as necessary. This includes learning and using EBS tools.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, accounting, or Business Administration highly preferred
- 2-4 years of Finance, Accounting, or FP&A experience; manufacturing or medical device experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- HFM, Tableau, and Oracle experience is preferred
- Self-starter motivated with strong intellectual curiosity and a drive to follow through
- Detailed oriented and meticulous with a drive for accuracy and resolution
- Ability to read and interpret documents in a summarized format
- Strong Analytical skills including ability to perform quantitative analysis
- Well organized, ability to multi-tasks to meet various deadlines
- Change management oriented (embrace challenges)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and all levels within the organization

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
