As a Financial Analyst, you’ll get to support operational reporting and analytical needs of a multi-faceted business. This role calls for strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with the opportunity to grow into recommending improvements that drive productivity, efficiency and profitability.
What You'll Do- Prepare and distribute key metrics for the management team using PowerBI and working with database structures
- Support month-end reporting processes and deliverables
- Support customer and supplier reporting and analytics
- Assist with financial reporting, trend and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analytics projects
- Partner cross-functionally to validate integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 0-2 years of Finance experience; internship or co-op experience in financial analysis considered
- Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI & AI assistants
- Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to summarize detailed financial analysis clearly, with guidance from senior team members

- 1–3 years of finance experience with a background in financial analysis
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other data warehouses

- Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into summaries and provide comments
- Manufacturing company experience
- Operational Finance experience
- CPA and/or MBA
