The TeamThe Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance and Transaction and Leasing Team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence.
The analyst will support Fidelity’s Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization, support expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties. This role is responsible for providing clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data-driven decision-making for real estate operations.
Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective collaboration, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. The associate will support strategic insights to inform business strategy, support the execution of key initiatives, and help measure and evaluate business performance through ongoing reporting and analysis.

Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
2 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in PowerBI and Anaplan
You are a flexible, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
