Salary Range: $78,000 - $92,000
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting, forecasts, and annual business plans for assigned business units
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and present findings with clear recommendations to management
Provide decision support through profitability, expense, and variance analysis, including business, product, and customer-level insights
Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of financial processes, controls, and enabling systems
Support process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness
Validate and communicate financial results monthly, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of financial analyst experience in a medium to large organization
Experience in general accounting, manufacturing finance, or audit/compliance is a plus
Experience with profitability analysis, budgeting, financial analysis, expense control, and variance reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related Microsoft Office tools
Strong cross-functional partnership skills; ability to work collaboratively with teams across an organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Ability to work with moderate independence while demonstrating initiative and flexibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
Experience working in the building materials or manufacturing industry
