Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance, controlling, and reporting activities
- Assist in preparation of reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end / periodic closing processes
- Ensure accuracy of financial data, documentation, and compliance with defined processes
- Coordinating with business and finance stakeholders on routine operational requirements
- Support system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as required
Required Skill Set
- Advanced understanding of finance, controlling, and reporting processes
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with problem solving attitude
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, PowerBI or similar analytical tools
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn new systems and support process improvements
Qualifications & Experience Requirement
- Finance Qualification - CA / CA Inter/ CMA / ACCA
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, reporting, or accounting support roles
- Experience in Manufacturing industry
- Experience in operations controlling preferred
- Experience in an ERP-based environment and exposure to reporting / reconciliation activities preferred
