We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the 4CE Controlling Team (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia) dedicated to the Consumer Business area.
- Managing financial processes related to rebates and promotions.
- Participating in month-end closing (MEC) activities and financial reconciliations.
- Monitoring and controlling provisions and accruals.
- Preparing financial analyses and management reports.
- Supporting the Sales team with financial analysis, interpretation of business results, and ongoing financial communication.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate accounting-related topics; basic accounting knowledge is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of precision, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude, commitment, and collaborative approach to work.
