Position Summary
We are seeking a highly detail - oriented and proactive team member to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing controlling, month - end accruals and reporting processes while also overseeing purchase orders, vendor onboarding and master data management.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our month end financial operations, providing critical support in preparing and reviewing accruals, collaborate with the other teams to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to month end accruals and ensuring timely completion of all month end activities.
•
Manage and report on commercial operations cost, including global mobility cost, travel & expenses and wholesaler accruals.
•
Create, review & manage purchase orders for Sandoz AG, ensuring all PO's are accurately documented and approved, resolve any discrepancies related to purchase orders with vendors and internal departments, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the purchase order process.
•
Onboard new vendors and update existing vendor data for Sandoz AG, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Manage master data, including the creation and updating of WBS, IO, PC, CC, Global standard Hierarchy and alternate hierarchy, ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems and reports
Qualifications
•
Qualified or semi qualified CA/CMA, MBA/Any other equivalent finance professional with 0-1 years of experience
•
Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end accrual process.
•
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
•
Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
•
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
