This position will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports, and will manage all issues related to reconciliation for the aviation segment.
Responsibilities:
· Contact all suppliers once a month for a copy of their statement, reconcile the supplier’s statement against our aging report.
· Resolve all outstanding items with suppliers.
· Request credits or refunds from the supplier.
· Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.
· If a supplier is a prepayment account, give support making the payment amount request, and follow up the balance on each account.
· Give support to the supplier with any query that they may have.
Requirements:
· 1 to 2 years’ experience in financial analyst, accounting or related areas
· Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting related degree is preferred
· Advanced English
· Knowledge of Oracle and related programs
· Advanced Excel (Forms / Pivots/ VLOOKUP's)
