The Advanced Effectors & Space organization within the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Program Cost Controls to support a portfolio of development programs within the AET & IKCA Finance team. These programs support the Enabling Technologies portfolio and associated program financial management activities.

This position supports program cost controls, financial forecasting, earned value management activities, and contract deliverables across assigned programs. The role includes financial analysis, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and use of Raytheon financial and program management systems.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity in Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is being offered.

What You Will Do

  • Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables

  • Manage Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs) with partner business units, including funding alignment and scope tracking

  • Support development of monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in RPlan

  • Provide financial analysis and support to program leadership to enable compliant cost collection and reporting

  • Support program controls reporting and executive-level briefing activities

  • Utilize financial and earned value management systems, including SAP, APEX, PRISM, and related tools

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint

  • Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting information to management and business teams

  • Experience interpreting and/or analyzing financial data sets

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
