As a Financial Analyst – Level 2 located in Chandler, AZ, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
As a Financial Analyst, you will be an active participant in program Earn Value to IPMR/IPMDAR data reporting requirements, including preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy. You will support baselines efforts and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR) with customers while collaborating with cross-functional partners, including, Operations, Engineering and Program Management.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
In this job, you will:
- Prepare EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates and revisions
- Prepare financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
- Provide internal and external compliance audit support
- Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- No clearance required to start
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience working in finance or accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
