Would you like to contribute to improving internal processes and participate in international audits? Then join the Corporate Finance Services (CFS) team in Zwolle. During this internship, you’ll gain deep insights into the world of Internal Audit and process optimization within an international organization.
Assignment Information
Educational Level: Bachelor’s/Master’s (HBO/WO)
Field of Study or Background: Finance & Control
Estimated Duration: 20 weeks / 5 months
Language: English OR Dutch speaking. Fluent in both? Great!
Short Assignment Description You’ll assist in the preparation and execution of the Internal Audit starting in September. Your support will include:
Collecting and organizing necessary documentation from various entities
Analyzing audit findings, issues, and observations
Identifying process and control improvement opportunities
Detecting differences and lack of standardization between entities
Drafting recommendations for process harmonization and risk management
Assisting in creating financial reports using Excel and Power BI for internal purposes and audit preparation
The Challenge

- Limited standardization: Major differences in processes and documentation across entities
- Fragmented information: Difficulty collecting consistent audit documentation
