ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directly supervise and conduct financial analyses.
2. Assist Manager and Analysts in preparing the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, including but not limited to the development of budget packets and forms to be used by department management, answering questions pertaining to the budget preparation, meeting with operational management and presenting the Corporations budgets to Senior Management.
3. Modify and maintain the Daily Operation Report expenses, with focus on accuracy to actual costs and updated reporting to suit the corporation’s needs.
4. Review and provide input on financial analysis of operations and marketing events and assist in measuring the effectiveness of our operations and the financial benefit of our marketing programs.
5. Partner with operations managers to ensure department systems and tools are used to drive overall efficiency.
6. Prepare monthly reports summarizing results of marketing events, including promotions, special events, junket marketing, player development employees.
7. Develop, create and maintain ad hoc reports using SQL Server Report Builder and Bally Business Intelligence.
8. Assist with maintenance and validation of budgeting and reporting software.
9. Attend and participate in monthly financial reviews.
10. Ensure all subordinate employees abide by all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
11. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers and staff.
12. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
13. Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment.
14. Attend all necessary meetings.
15. Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
3. Five (5) to seven (7) years of financial or operational analysis experience in the gaming or hospitality industry required.
4. Successful candidate must be an experienced, results oriented, and hands-on professional.
5. Must be able to evaluate and draw implications and conclusions from statistical reports and other business reports.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
7. Experience with MS Access and Word.
8. Experience with Infinium, Showcase, ACSC, SQL and Tableau queries preferred.

1. Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the property.
2. Must be able to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
3. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, noisy casino environment and effectively deal with guests, management and employees in all situations.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.
Each position has varying minimum qualifications. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.
