Lead Seneca Resorts & Casinos talent development strategy, designing and implementing leadership, learning, succession, performance, and workforce development programs. Drive Workday HCM-enabled skills frameworks, talent reviews, change management, KPIs and analytics to improve internal mobility, build leadership pipelines, and advance skills. Foster high-performance, values-based culture and oversee a university/academy-style training program while ensuring Native Preference Policy alignment.

Manage casino credit operations: evaluate, grant, suspend or deny patron credit; process applications; maintain and verify customer credit files; ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls; collaborate with casino teams and provide excellent patron service.

Manage workflow between internal departments and the advertising agency to ensure timely delivery of creative projects. Open and track jobs, write creative briefs, coordinate vendors and media insertion, maintain approval processes, project timelines, records and a catalog of advertising. Serve as liaison for executive and high-profile requests, attend meetings, work with purchasing on vendor selection and proofs, and ensure brand, quality, and security policy compliance in a fast-paced casino environment.

Stock and inventory linens, supplies, and attendants' carts; collect and transport linens; maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist with guest rooms; deliver requested items; operate and maintain floor-cleaning equipment; provide customer service and follow company policies, trainings, and information security guidelines.
