Manages casino Environmental Services and wardrobe operations, including cleanliness, sanitation, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, budgeting, purchasing, equipment maintenance, inspections, work orders, and regulatory compliance. Leads supervisory staff, maintains cleaning and uniform standards, controls labor and expenses, ensures safe chemical handling and OSHA compliance, and provides customer service in a 24-hour casino environment.

Plan, coordinate, and execute casino special events from conception through post-event analysis. Manage vendor relationships, event branding, promotions, budgets, reporting, scheduling, and on-site logistics. Support promotional software testing, train staff, supervise events in manager absence, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering strong guest service.

Supervise and coach security staff, respond to and de-escalate incidents, approve reports and maintain equipment/key inventories. Train and mentor employees, assist investigations, enforce policies, complete required trainings/certifications, support emergency response, and perform scheduling, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions within a 24-hour casino operation.

Supports Marketing Services and Communications by managing reservations, room blocks, Will Call, reports, and group sales input. Stock and inventory linens, supplies, and attendants' carts; collect and transport linens; maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist with guest rooms; deliver requested items; operate and maintain floor-cleaning equipment; provide customer service and follow company policies, trainings, and information security guidelines.

Lead and scale Seneca Gaming Corporation's digital marketing across web, mobile, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and email. Build processes, manage budgets and agencies, run analytics and A/B tests, hire and coach a team, align digital strategies with business goals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive traffic, engagement, and online revenue.

Lead and manage electrical and thermal plant operations across the Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino footprint. Oversee HVAC, central plant, electrical systems, estimating, project delivery, budgeting, staff supervision, safety compliance, vendor/client relations, and 24/7 operations. Develop service business lines, secure projects, and ensure technical quality, energy efficiency, and adherence to company policies and codes.

Design, deliver, and evaluate employee training and orientation programs, develop leadership and supervisory curricula, coordinate mandatory/legal/e-learning trainings, maintain LMS and HRIS training records, generate tracking reports, assist managers with training delivery, and support day-to-day Training Unit operations in a casino environment.

Perform repair, rebuilding, replacement and installation of locks and mechanical parts across the facility. Make and issue keys, maintain key/lock records, service electronic hotel lock and access control systems, master keying, safes/vaults, and door hardware. Use hand and power tools, operate a vehicle, lead apprentices, and provide customer service while complying with security and company policies.

Support the Corporate Manager of Special Events by planning, scheduling, executing and reviewing casino promotions and giveaways. Maintain records, perform data entry (ACSC/SWS), coordinate advertising, supervise when needed, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced casino environment.
