Title: Financial Analyst II
Location: Dallas – Addison
Position Summary
The Financial Analyst II supports financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities by analyzing business performance, preparing forecasts and budgets, and delivering clear financial insights to business partners. This role applies analytical techniques and financial tools to support decision-making, improve processes, and evaluate business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial metrics, forecasts, and business trends to draw relevant conclusions and support management decision-making.
- Design, prepare, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and performance reports.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets, forecasts, and analytical models.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects, initiatives, or system investments.
- Utilize specialized financial software and systems, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools.
- Apply theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques in daily responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by identifying and recommending process enhancements.
- Plan and manage work independently while meeting established deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting.
