Position Summary
Supports financial operations by forecasting and analyzing financial data to support strategic business decision-making.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with business partners to increase financial efficiency to drive profitable business results.
- Assists in developing and calculating cross-functional department's incentive plans.
- Tracks and reports capital expenditure statistics and findings to business partners.
- Creates visual models to evaluate current performance and project future performance.
- Provides training to cross-functional teams on policies, processes, and regulations.
- Resolves discrepancies in data collection to ensure accurate results.
- Implements action plans to improve forecast accuracy, cost saving, and profit enhancement.
- Maintains and tracks accurate records to support auditing procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of financial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical, and data visualization tools.
