Job Summary:
This position will be in the Corporate Treasury Analytics function that supports global forecasting, global Treasury initiatives and enhancements, and acts as a support / backup for the US Cash Management function.
This position is responsible for the consolidation of the global cash and interest forecast and will help maintain Treasury’s role as a global strategic function and effective business partner to the rest of the organization.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the consolidation and oversight of daily and long‑term operating cash and interest forecasting for TJX Global.
- Develop and maintain the Australia and US interest forecast models.
- Develop, analyze, and present cash management and analytics reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Serve as a system administrator and subject‑matter support for the Treasury Workstation (Kyriba).
- Act as backup support for U.S. Cash Management activities, including initiating wire and ACH payments and ensuring accurate and timely journal entries (e.g., buying office and tax payments).
- Support the Manager of Treasury in the execution of global Treasury projects and strategic enhancements, including:
- Operational initiatives such as establishing banking support for new offices or TJX entities, supporting Treasury components of new corporate credit card programs, and facilitating transitions related to operational vendors (e.g., payroll, accounts payable).
- Treasury efficiency initiatives, including technology implementations and process improvements.
- Development of new analytical tools and reporting capabilities to enhance Treasury operations.
- Assist with U.S. Treasury operational activities as needed, including responding to KYC, audit, and SOX requests.
- Supporting additional initiatives such as:
- Preparation and distribution of ad hoc Treasury reporting.
- Preparation and dissemination of the corporate cash investment policy.
- Entry and maintenance of intercompany loan facilities within Kyriba.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment banking or other related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
- Experience in forecasting and project planning preferred
- Experience in analyzing key financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to report on and analyze data with support
- Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop robust interactive models independently
- Previous experience communicating, both verbal and written, with key business partners and management
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn, understand, and report on large amounts of business data and information
- High level of attention to detail and a willingness to drive & lead change
- Strong sense of urgency around delivery of information and deadlines
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task
- Inclination to proactively identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions
- Experience building clear PowerPoint presentations for senior management; ability to tell a story with data, present with confidence and maintain composure under pressure
