What will you do?
We seek a Finance professional with excellent analysis and communication skills to support the Customer Channels Group as a Financial Analyst II. Your position will report to a Finance Manager and will support the Commercial Team as they implement contracts, pay customer incentives, and build relationships with recognized Global companies. Helping you do this, is a team of three Finance professionals who meet weekly and work collaboratively to solve issues together.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forecast, track and initiate payment of customer incentives
- Book month-end customer incentive accruals
- Monthly variance analysis of actual customer performance versus expectations
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required by finance and business leadership.
- Work with appropriate internal departments to accurately implement new contracts.
- Prepare several different types of standard reports to support our customers and Sales Team
- Problem solve multi-system variances for accuracy
- Collaborate with other members of the team to share knowledge and help teammates were needed
- Ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of financial data
- Ad-hoc reporting, as the need arises
- Perform other related duties as assigned
How will you get here?
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate and articulate business impact in financial terms.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to work as part of team environment and individually
- Self-motivated, with the willingness and ability to learn new concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels in the organization

- Strong Excel and modeling skills, experience with MS PowerPoint, Cognos and PowerBI highly valuable.
