Labcorp is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our team in Burlington or Durham, NC
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
May require occasional overtime during peak periods and periodic travel for meetings or training. This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis and explain significant deviations
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data
Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2 or more years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Professional certification such as CPA or CFA
Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Adapt to a fast-paced office environment with extended periods of desk/computer work
