Job Description

Program Overview:

Are you a top college graduate with a passion for finance and a drive to make a lasting impact in corporate finance? Our Financial Analyst College Graduate Program is designed to attract the brightest minds from top universities, offering an immersive experience in corporate finance. This program provides recent graduates with a dynamic start to their career, rotating through key areas within our finance department before they pursue their longer-term professional goals.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, the job will require some travel.

About the Program:

Our Corporate Finance Rotation Program is a structured two-year experience, where participants will rotate across essential finance functions. Analysts will have the opportunity to work closely with finance leaders, gain in-depth exposure to diverse financial functions, and make meaningful contributions to projects that shape our company’s success. The rotational structure provides exposure to various finance disciplines—such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Corporate Development, and commercial finance —allowing participants to develop a holistic view of corporate finance.

This program is ideal for driven, strategic thinkers who are eager to develop strong financial acumen, build professional networks, and gain foundational skills for future success in finance, consulting, or other professional avenues.

During each rotation, participants will:

  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making within business units.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, assess financial performance, and forecast business outcomes.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic initiatives.

  • Evaluate potential investments and corporate transactions, assisting with due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

  • Participate in strategic projects, contributing insights and analyses that drive efficiency, profitability, and innovation across the organization.

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.

  • Adaptability and a growth mindset, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and learn from experiences.

  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic, balancing precision with productivity.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.

  • Mentorship and training from seasoned finance professionals committed to your growth and success.

  • Opportunity to build a broad network within the company, with access to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Pathway to a career in finance, with foundational skills and experiences that set you up for a successful career in corporate finance, consulting, or other fields.

Application Process:
