As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning support to the North America Intermediary business. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and finance partners, while gaining exposure to Wealth and Asset Management operations. You'll develop your analytical, reporting, and presentation skills in a collaborative and highly visible finance environment.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders
  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Support management reporting activities, including sales reporting, variance analysis, commentaries, and financial bridges
  • Assist with forecasting, planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis initiatives
  • Collaborate with global business partners and finance teams to support reporting requirements, process improvements, and ad hoc requests
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related finance role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification
  • Experience within the Wealth and Asset Management or Financial Services industry
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Anaplan, SmartView-Essbase, or Lawson
  • Proven experience driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
